I stopped in yesterday to get some assistance with replacing a brake light. I already had the bulb but needed help installing it. Jaime, the owner assisted me. I was so pleased with the quality customer service! He was kind, professional, and replaced my bulb in 5 minutes, free of charge. I am new to the area and Jaime definitely made a great first impression. I will be back for all of my car needs in the future. Thank you for making my day!

I was preparing for a road trip & realized I needed an oil change the day I was supposed to leave. They were able to fit me in at the last minute & very affordable. I also had them take a look at one of my tires that was losing air. Turns out I needed a new tire. Jamie & his team were able to get the tires & get me on road within a few hours. I'll be going back for all of my auto needs. Highly recommend.

Jaime installed a new axle on my car and did an excellent job. Unfortunately, the part from the supplier was faulty, but Jaime and his team stayed late on a Friday afternoon to redo the work and make sure the problem was fixed. I went there for an overall car inspection in Nov, 2018, and my overall experience with this car shop is very satisfying. Here are the reasons: (1) The cost is reasonable, and the cost is probably on the lower end, compared to other local car shops. (2) The car shop owner is honest and he didn't exaggerate my car problems. I needed to replace a driving belt on my car, but the car shop owner told me that my driving belt could still last for a while and there was no need to replace it soon. I consider his comments as a sign of honesty and he wasn't eager to make me pay. (3) This car shop provided free rides for customers to pick up their cars or to go to nearby restaurants when their cars were being serviced.

Very professional and responsive. Best feature is their honesty. On more than one occasion they could easily have exaggerated a problem to charge more money but didn't.

Very satisfied first-time customer! I called and spoke to Jaime about an issue I was having with my older car - he helped facilitate an after-hours drop-off and called me first thing in the morning to provide an honest assessment, a fair estimate, and a quick turnaround time. Certified Automotive Solutions completed the work in the time and for the price estimated, and was professional, helpful, and pleasant throughout! Very convenient and approachable, I highly recommend them to all and look forward to returning next time I need work on my car.

I went to Certified Automotive Solution for a broken power steering / ABS Brakes check engine light, Jaime the owner and his staff ,they provided me with an excellent customer service,This was not just business as usual. My repair was done at a far lower cost than the dealer estimate, I wish i could have rated them with a well deserved 6 stars , i highly recommend their service to anyone.

The team at Certified Automotive was fantastic! I was referred to them by another mechanic and their work, speed and prices were great! They even went above and beyond by giving me a ride to work! The work they did was on my mercedes and the prices were the best Ive ever encountered! My car is running the best it has in years and is so silent i dont even know its on!

They guys are great. I went to them last winter and spring for some repairs on my car, pretty big ones - my shocks were shot, so to speak, and my car needed to be realigned. They were completely upfront about the labor costs before they even touched the car. That is to say, they called me while they were inspecting the car to let me know that in order to do X they would need to do Y, which might cost $Z, and asked me if they could continue on. My car is still working wonderfully and the issues I had have not come back in over a year (and hopefully won't). One person in particular, we'll call him "J", was nice to chat with and ran through each detail about what they were going to do on the car before they did anything and also what they did with the car after they finished the repairs. Only downsides: they are a bit pricey and not open on the weekends. However, they are incredibly knowledgeable about car mechanics and upfront about the prices, which I appreciate.
