Very rude customer service. They were short and not at all helpful when asking questions about the cars service. They in fact hung up on me.

They fixed a rattling noise at a good price. It was the heat shield. I have used Certified Automotive before, so I anticipated good service and that's what I got.

This is the only place my family will take our cars for service. Jack is the absolute best and his team works hard to deliver exactly the right service. I never feel over charged and the communication and flexibility are incredible. I have passed along my recommendation for Tremont Street to everyone I know.

Staff is very professional and very friendly! They explain everything right and wrong with my car and what should be done immediately and what can wait. And it’s explained very clearly and in depth. Makes going there a pleasant experience!
