I came in with an emergency brake/axle situation on a wednesday am, no appointment. after visiting 3 other garages in town includint the GMC dealer. Jamie at the Upham location took the time to listen and redirected me and my truck & camper to Jack and Manni at the Tremont location... they were waiting for me. in 5 minutes the diagnostic was issued a out of the box solution was put together as the parts were not available locally. 2 hours later i was on my way completely satisfied and confident. thanks to the whole team ! I had a great experience with the staff. They were easy to work with and explained exactly what they were going to do and answered all of my questions. The body work they did was excellent and my 2014 truck looked like it was brand new. Their price was very reasonable and I would recommend them 100 times out of 100!
