A great auto repair shop!! I cant believe the mechanical service and the personal customer service provided by Jack and his crew (especially Manny). I would definitely recommend them for your auto repair shop.

Long time user of co-owner shop Certified Automotive Soulutions on Upham St, Melrose. Brought this car in with an issue no other local shop could diagnose, and completely the repair efficiently/timley. Also gave very a further diagnosis for no charge for a further repair recommendation. Extremely competitive pricing and absolutely phenomenal work to the mechanic/techs and major shoutout to the manager Jack, and also Jamie! JAMIE KNOWS HIS STUFF!!

They wanted to charge me $800-$900 to replace my starter. Refused to use my part which I purchased from Autozone and was still under warranty, so there's $300 of the cost right there. I can understand wanting to use their own parts so they can warranty the work, but businesses order their parts from the same stores you and I would; Autozone, Advanced Auto, O'Reilly's, etc. Starter aside, that means they wanted to charge $500-$600 for labor to replace the starter that I did myself in under 1 hour. Clearly they are not interested in repeat business. Avoid unless you want to be overcharged.

Always a good experience here...from an oil change to recently having my brakes and rotors replaced. Very quick turnaround, extremely professional and fairly priced. Highly recommend.

As always, the folks at Tremont Street Certified Automotive Solutions were very knowledgeable, listened to the issue, correctly diagnosed the issue, and fixed it all while providing excellent customer service. They are very trustworthy in repairs and pricing.

I brought my 1970 Chevy impala to certified automotive for a engine rebuild. I decided to add a fuel injection sniper efi unit to the motor. And add a new fuse block and wire the car. Jamie and the guys at certified automotive did a fantastic job. The work came out very clean and nice. Jamie kept me posted as everything was in process. The engine went to his trusted machine shop. And came back looking brand new! Him and his crew assembled the motor, added the fuel injection kit, new fuel pump. Fuel Lines and wiring to the whole car. And tuned the motor. Everything came out clean and neat. The car purrs like a kitten! About a month later I came a cross a slight oil leak from a bad gasket. Jamie took the car back right away and took care of the issue. And stood by his work! Over all I would absolutely recommend certified automotive for any old car. Or your new car! Thank you to the guys at certified for getting my impala running great!

Took my car to two different places who charged a lot but couldn't find small emissions leak. My neighbor recommended this place and I am so glad. They went above and beyond to find leak and get me a sticker for my car. I will always use these guys for my car.
