Certified Auto Solutions is the one to beat. They are friendly and welcoming, and took care of my concerns and then some. I went in for mild maintenance, and ended up needing major repairs. They sent me a detailed report with photos which I really appreciated. Communication was EXCELLENT and timely. When I couldn't afford the paint job on my rust repair, I chose the ugly option. When I came to pick up my car, the body guy had gone ahead and done the painting anyway. This personal touch really makes a difference. 10/10 would recommend this place! My '06 Corolla is driving like new, and looks the part too! In a long shot, I called Certified Automotive Solutions on a holiday hoping to bring in a pre-owned car for multi-point inspection. Jamie called me right back with concern that I was stranded or needed immediate help. Fortunately I did not, and even though the shop was technically closed, Jamie continued the call and consulted with me about the car I wanted to bring in, providing suggestions and advice on performing the inspection, particular problems to look for, etc. While he could have easily ignored a call or just told me the shop was closed, he generously gave me his time and thoughts on the vehicle, demonstrating a real willingness to help. I would think that his in-person service is just as considerate. I definitely recommend giving this shop a call!

They did what I asked, explained everything to me, and offered suggestions for future service timing. Fair pricing. definitely going back.

Jamie is a life saver! My parents were at doctor's appointment running late for another doctor's appointment when their car would not start in the parking lot. Jamie came and jumped them so they could make it to the next appointment. When that was over they went back and Jamie changed their battery. I highly recommend certified automotive solutions! This isn't even the first time they have saved our family and I'm sure it won't be the last.

I called in the morning for break pad replacement. Even though it was busy day for them they were super nice to squeeze my appointment for the same day and also did a great job. The owner is super nice and requested his employee to give a ride home. I would highly recommend them for any of your car needs.
