I have brought my car in for service two times at Certified Automotive Solutions and I was extremely happy with the service. The communication and timeliness were stellar. The diagnostic evaluation was thorough and the pricing was fair. Photos were taken for each part of the evaluation and emailed to me within hours of dropping off my car. It included information of repairs that were a priority and which ones were not. Jaime is a very knowledgeable mechanic and is able to explain everything in a helpful and clear way.

They are excellent! They’re one of the few (probably only) local non dealer shops “certified” to fix our 2018 Chevrolet Volt PEHV and other electric vehicles. They fixed a broken axel and transmission lock after the dreaded “Stabilitrak Service Required” and “Place into Park” messages came up, while the car fortunately coasted into a parking place on the curb (ironically)! This was our Volt’s first-ever car issue since the purchase from Carvana, which went flawlessly btw. We’ve brought another car to Certified Automotive Solutions in the past, and we’re pleased with the Volt repair. On a side note, we unexpectedly ran into our neighbors there who had also brought their vehicle in for repair! A+
