Jack and his crew are very knowledgeable and do a very thorough job diagnosing the issues before prescribing the fix. I've brought my 2015 Chrystler Town and Country here for all its needs, most of which were initially unmet by the dealership. I recently bought a 2015 Corvette and its having cylinder misfire issues. Dealership charged me an arm and a leg to replace a bunch of spark plugs and ignition coils but it did not resolve the issue. Jack and crew are in the process of diagnosing it now and I have the utmost confidence they will get to the bottom of the issue.

Quickly diagnosed the issue with my 2011 CAMRY (steering problem) and explained it to me in a phone call. Repair was done promptly. This has been their standard procedure for the many years I have been bringing my vehicle here.
