There are still good people who care about the customer and put an emphasis on quality…especially strangers. We ran over a screw early on Saturday morning which punctured our front drivers side tire. Did I mention we are also new to the area and didn’t know a reliable mechanic? Just had left a “big name” tire repair shop that told us there was nothing they could do until September because they were just “so busy”. Began driving in hopes of finding a shop that could help us out before we became completely “deflated” literally and figuratively. We came across this hidden gem in Melrose. Polite, professional, and understanding when it came to our dilemma. Took us in right away, fixed the tire, and now have new customers because of their adaptability and reasonable business approach. Much appreciate Certified Auto Team! Looking forward to doing business again.
