CAS is great. The owner and staff are super friendly, clear, helpful, and prompt. They send photos of the car as they do their initial assessment. Then, before they actually do any work, they text me the photos, which show exactly what does *and does not* need to be addressed. No other place I've ever used has done this, and I love it. I highly recommend CAS.

I was recently introduced to Certified Automotive Solutions by a trusted friend who is an auto mechanic here in Melrose. His shop doesn't do wheel alignments nor work on AC systems so he recommended I go down the street to CSA. I met Steve and Jamie when I brought in my Ford Escape for alignment, they gave me a ride back to my place of work and had the Escape ready for me at the desired time. Yesterday, they serviced my MB C300 air conditioning unit which had been blowing warm air. I'm not exaggerating when I say it's so blowing cold, the lowest fan setting is now more than adequate to keep the interior comfortable. I appreciate the timeliness and competent level of service provided by the shop and the customer service provided by Steve and Jamie. I recommend this shop highly.
