I've been going to Certified Automotive Solutions for about 15 years now and it's always been a good experience with an honest and friendly staff who will always go the extra mile to make sure your vehicle gets what it needs. I had them repair my SUV after it was nearly totaled when I was hit by a deer and when I got the vehicle back, it looked and ran better than ever after thinking it was ready for the junkyard. Excellent service!

Received incredible service from Jamie and Steve. I called to get a quote for some minor maintenance work on my Toyota Corolla. Jamie suggested I bring the car to the shop to see if I was right about the work I needed. They completed a detailed inspection of my car, were honest about work I did not need, and sent photos of things that needed to be repaired. When I didn't want to spend the money to have all the work done at once, Jamie suggested what repairs should be done first, and what could wait. Prices were nearly identical to another shop in Melrose. I will be back to have the rest of the work done on my car!

I must say Jamie and his crew of Mehanics are totally awesome . Took my Kia in for a pesky engine light, & they expeditiously diagnosed and repaired it . Car running like new. Certified Auto Solution is my go to Shop. Positively recommended 100%

Cannot thank them enough! We are from out of town (Upstate NY) and we were on our way to Salem when our truck started acting up. They got us in right away on a Saturday morning. When we got there they were very friendly, gave us recommendations on where to get some coffee or a bite to eat in Melrose while we waited. Turns out we needed a cylinder injector replaced! They called around, found our part and got to work on it right away! 4 hours later we were up and running and able to continue our trip. They turned a possible disaster into a mild hiccup in our day. I cannot say enough good things about this place. Their kindness and expertise was above and beyond!! Highly recommend them!!!
