I took my car here for an oil pump replacement on a recommendation from my usual mechanic (they were too busy to make time for me). This group is amazing. They were very patient with my warrenty company, handled all of the paperwork and were very responsive. The staff are friendly and welcoming. They even washed and vaccumed my car (sorry for all the puffs from my toddler). They are also very close to a train stop making it easy to get to work without my car. They are always helpful and have amazing prices. They send you pics and comprehensive reports regarding each repair they do. I could not recommend them more.

Certified Auto is absolutely the best auto care I have found. The entire staff was professional, polite, knowledgeable, thorough, super friendly, and beat family owned!! I brought my car in for what I thought was a slow leak in my tire-turned out to be a small hole in my side wall. They explained I would need a new tire-it was ordered, delivered and put on the same day. I was very lucky to have wonderful people on my side!! Definitely would recommend and come back!! I brought my 2003 Tacoma in for a check engine light and general maintenance. (valve gasket, timing belt, coils, spark plug, new tie rod, new rear wheel bearings, transmission service) The service was great! I was always able to get through to someone when I needed an update. Jamie did a great job explaining the issues and was able to provide a quote on the spot. I know the rear bearings were a huge pain but he was able to fight through it! Thanks again. my truck had bad bearings Jamie's guys threw my warranty on truck pulled my motor sent it out had it rebuilt, then reinstalled it, they all take extreme care of your vehicle and care about the customer. they reinstalled it, all is great love my truck and glad they were the ones who did the work they took such care of it and the job they did on it was second to none. I cant say enough about the team there.they care so much and really do a great job. I will always bring all 4 of our cars there very honest and trustworthy company. Service: Engine repair
