I called and spoke to Jaime about an issue I was having with my older car - he helped facilitate an after-hours drop-off and called me first thing in the morning to provide an honest assessment, a fair estimate, and a quick turnaround time. Certified Automotive Solutions completed the work in the time and for the price estimated, and was professional, helpful, and pleasant throughout! Very convenient and approachable, I highly recommend them to all and look forward to returning next time I need work on my car.

I went to Certified Automotive Solution for a broken power steering / ABS Brakes check engine light, Jaime the owner and his staff ,they provided me with an excellent customer service,This was not just business as usual. My repair was done at a far lower cost than the dealer estimate, I wish i could have rated them with a well deserved 6 stars , i highly recommend their service to anyone.

The team at Certified Automotive was fantastic! I was referred to them by another mechanic and their work, speed and prices were great! They even went above and beyond by giving me a ride to work! The work they did was on my mercedes and the prices were the best Ive ever encountered! My car is running the best it has in years and is so silent i dont even know its on!

They guys are great. I went to them last winter and spring for some repairs on my car, pretty big ones - my shocks were shot, so to speak, and my car needed to be realigned. They were completely upfront about the labor costs before they even touched the car. That is to say, they called me while they were inspecting the car to let me know that in order to do X they would need to do Y, which might cost $Z, and asked me if they could continue on. My car is still working wonderfully and the issues I had have not come back in over a year (and hopefully won't). One person in particular, we'll call him "J", was nice to chat with and ran through each detail about what they were going to do on the car before they did anything and also what they did with the car after they finished the repairs. Only downsides: they are a bit pricey and not open on the weekends. However, they are incredibly knowledgeable about car mechanics and upfront about the prices, which I appreciate.

I had a flat tire on Memorial Day. Although they were closed, the owner was working on a project for his son. After hearing my dilemma I was able to have my tire repaired, not just plugged, but repaired. When I need mechanical work done, I will definitely go here, excellent work & reasonable fees!!!

I was highly impressed with the knowledge, care and honesty I got from Jamie at Certified Automotive Solutions. He called me promptly with my repair diagnosis, estimate and additional information he found with my 03 Honda Accord. Despite this car having only ever been seen by a certified Honda dealer, he was able to diagnose and fix an issue they had been skirting around for the last 2 years. Not only that, but his estimate was well below the dealer for the same repair. Thrilled that they are in my neighborhood and will continue to confidently use and refer my friends!
