Great customer service, couldn't ask for a better group of people to take care of all your car repair needs. Did not try to tell me that I needed more work than necessary to get my car safely back on the road.

Jamie is the best. We drove up from Virginia 650 miles to have him do his magic on our Audi tended to.

This was the best experience I have ever had with regard to automotive maintenance and repair. Jaime DoVale and his staff are responsive, efficient, and transparent when it comes to what is needed, how it will be done, timeframe and cost. When I called, I said I had concerns about my brakes and tires and he said that is a safety issue and he wanted me to come in right away. He had the entire car evaluated, confirmed my suspicions, noted a couple of other issues, and sent me a detailed report, with PICTURES, showing me exactly what he saw. I thought the work would take several days but he said all the work would be done by the following day. He said he would assign one mechanic and he would stay with the work through completion. Exactly true. The car was finished, all work done, receipt lists everything done in detail, and they even washed the car. The dealership doesn’t even wash my car. I highly recommend you call Jaime and speak to him about any issues you are having. He will give you an honest, fair assessment. Thank you, Jaime and staff.

I highly recommend Certified Auto! I had a road trip planned (leaving on Sunday) when my car sounded funny. I called on a Saturday (I didn’t realize they weren’t open) and explained my situation! The guy that answered (I can’t remember his name! Sorry) was very nice and understanding! He came into the shop on his day off to checkout my car and ensure it was safe for the trip! He topped off my fluids and said I should be good to go, and he didn’t charge me for any services!! I really appreciate him coming in last minute!! I will definitely use them again!

Phenomenal customer service! They kept me apprised every step of the way and Steve was phenomenal. We just moved to the area and I’m so glad our household found a mechanic we can trust!
