Honest, transparent, generous. Very good customer service woven through the staff, starting with receptionists, then Steve, tech jose' kind gesture, and then owner Jamie. Scheduling was very simple. Had to have my vehicle towed in early and owner greated me outside b4 business hours to discuss my issue. Ultimately i decided not to have car repaired (car too far gone). Jamie generously waived any diagnostic/quote fees he could have charged and sent me on my way with a helpful suggestion of where to find a new used car. Ill be back.

Got into my car Sat. a.m. and immediately realized there was a problem. A quick google search led me to Certified. I called and was told to come right in. Noticing how extremely busy it was, I assumed I would be waiting for a while, which was fine, as I was happy just to get in anywhere. The moment I walked in I was met by Jaime. He came right out to check my car. He quickly diagnosed and addressed the problem and had me on my way. Other staff I dealt with were very pleasant, friendly and courteous. Extremely fair pricing. I would highly recommend Jaime and his team to anyone looking for quality, professional service.

Excellent shop. Although Certified does a lot of work on classic cars, they will do any type of repair on any type of car and take the time to answer questions and explain just about anything.
