I had the breaks on my Volvo done and the service was quick and well done at a good price. On another occasion I had an emergency when the engine shield came loose Jamie was great he took care of it and spent time with me explaining why it may have happened etc.

Honest, transparent, generous. Very good customer service woven through the staff, starting with receptionists, then Steve, tech jose' kind gesture, and then owner Jamie. Scheduling was very simple. Had to have my vehicle towed in early and owner greated me outside b4 business hours to discuss my issue. Ultimately i decided not to have car repaired (car too far gone). Jamie generously waived any diagnostic/quote fees he could have charged and sent me on my way with a helpful suggestion of where to find a new used car. Ill be back.
